cannot install

I just bought the game. I put it in and it doesn't give me the option of install. Only play game and manual. When i click on play game nothing happens.

Have you finally solved your problem ?

Usually, when "Install" is not available, it is because the game is already installed or has previously been uninstalled in an incomplete manner.

Question 1 > Did you previously have the Sins beta ?

Question 2 > Did you previously uninstall Sins, before trying to reinstall ?

Question 3 > Have you tried this ? :

Right-click the DVD in its drive's icon (such as D: or E:), and select "open" or "explore". Once inside the DVD's contents, double-click the game's installer, such as a "set-up.exe" -- I can't tell you precisely, since I am currently playing the digital-download version.

Strange that the launcher should do that (which means it detects registry entries from a previous install) if you didn't have the beta. If you do have an old version, make sure to uninstall it.

In any case, running setup.exe directly off the disc as above should install the game one way or another.
