help with mods pls

i didnt know where to post this, so it here, i have updated to 1.2, i have no ironclad folder in app/data, i want to in stall a mod but since everything i researched points me to doc/settings/user, blah blah blah, i have no folder there for ironclad, so i went to the uassual directory, /c/prog/stardock/sins......ect, no mods folder ther either. i made a folder and named it mods, and put a mod here but to no avail, it didnt work, i want to play a mod..some one help me

Did you make sure hidden folders are shown? It is supposed to be in your AppData folder

yes....i did property/ clicked on hidden and applied, everything disappered exepty 2 files

so how do i look a hidden files, besides r-clckin/prop.

its supposed to be under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire

if you have gotten this far C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings and you dont see application data go to the top of the window to tools >> FOLDER OPTIONS >> VIEW
and click on show hidden files

i found it SGT123..tyvm, i was following a pth without local settings in the path..errrr
