Problems with Altarian Prophecy Campaign

I recently downloaded Altarian Prophecy through Stardock Central. One of the new features I was most looking forward to was the campaign. However, for some reason, when I start a campaign mission, instead of a briefing, there is only an empty window. The same is true of the mission objectives. Is there anything I can do? Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm, someone else is having that problem too and I'm working with them over e-mail. Can you run dxdiag and send me the report with a description of the problem?
