what mod tools are gonna be given out?

A nice App that gives you template defaults, highlighted syntax, and drop down boxes for things like all the tech and ship ID's and there pertinent information... *sigh*

Can't you just see God in Heaven typing syntax into a cosmic screen when he created us... Model="HumanMale0001" Name="Adam" The original GalCiv Edit.

Maybe GalCiv is Propaganda from the 'Divine Party' to try and boost our morale level?
