i would not mind working with a partener making a mod. i have a great idea (now dont give me the whole since it your idea of course you will think its great i ran it by quite a few people) and i would realy like to make it. only problem is i dont know any programing! :sniff!: i event mod would be senterd around 2 "minor" races that shows up with some and don't like each other to much and some pplz (guess who) is going to get caught up in between them i would do all the stuff were i make up all the differnt stuff they say and there tech outline and if i can find the tools design their ships but i would need a partener who can do all the programing cause realy all i can do is realy basic html so..... if any one is interested can you post here and/or send me an e-mail at [email protected]. please ;)

btw this would be no small indever although i plan on the event only to be the catilist to get the 2 races i invison to get onto the map i want to give them so unique techs and ships you can trade for.

Sounds like an advanced MOD theory. We will have to wait for a tutorial. Since they made this forum I am expecting a MOD tutorial sooner instead of later.

Just keep dreaming up ideas and right them down. All should be clear in the next couple weeks.

Some people have already created MOD PCX image files for the races, Babylon 5, etc. I plan to put an image of my ex mother inlaw in place of the Drengin. She is more frightning.

Actually I have givin some serious thought to doing an animation of my mother inlaw as a BIK video file for the game. Starting with her normal state, horns sticking out of her head, and the fire billowing out of her eyes. I would then slowly morph away the norm to a fictitional state with the sweet average old battle axe that she is at least one day a year. But still I think this is too scarry for mass distribution. And if she ever saw it, (She would, she sees and hears everything, we have to sweep the apartment for listening devises every night.) the slow death I would have to endure would be unspeakable.
