Improved Trade Route Image in Library needs to be reduced to 256 colors to work

from Stardock Forums
It's currently at 16 million. Won't work in galciv unless it is reduced to 256 colors.

All players that have previously downloaded the new trade route image mod please download the amended version and update your files. The old version may have/will cause(d) graphical errors. The updated version has had that flaw corrected.
