Hmm an oddity

I just started a game on average difficulty and the largest map size, I have 12 yellow stars around me, 12!!

While this may not sound odd, each of them have at least one planet that is rated 16 or higher!! Heck yeah I rushed to grab them!

Is this uncommon are the norm?

What setting do you have habitable planets on? That rare on the common setting i use. I have seen that once in my 13 odd games.
