Images in people's "profiles"?

I was looking at the stats of some people on the metaverse and some have imagines in their profile. I was wondering how you add them?

Its a drawing I found. I don't even remember where, I think I just did a search for Grand Admiral Thrawn and that is what it found.

BTW, if you have read the "Thrawn Trilogy" look into "Spectre of the Past" and "Vision of the Future." Sequal to those books 10 years in the future. Zahn is one of my favorite writers.
