Stability Problems

Is anyone else having stability problems?? I just got this yesterday and out of the maybe 2-3 hours I've played it's already crashed 3 times (just freezes, doesn't respond). Here's my specs if that's the problem:

AMD Athlon 2200+
128 MB NVidia Geoforce 4200 ti+
Sound Blaster Audigy
528 MB DDRAM
Windows XP Home

Pretty standard I think... so I'm not sure if it's me.
Anyway the game is great, just kinda annoying how it crashes quite often for me.

Maybe the Athlon can't handle the multithreading. Try updating your drivers, BIOS (don't laugh, I've seen this fix games), XP and anything else you can think of. And close down unecessary programs and system trays.

There is a problem with some sounds cards that Galciv opens too many channels. The latest patch has fixed this.
