The order of building depends somewhat on your strategy. Early building is more standard that middle or late building. Also, building depends on the research performed. so, there is a slight difference in research order and/or build order.

Early Research: Communications, Translator, Medical, Industrial, Diplomacy, Early habitat improvement.

Then build the following: soil improvment, Banking, Manufacturing, Habitat Improvement, Embassy, Entertainment, Newspaper, medical. The order of these may vary from person to person, but this is the general order I build them.

The next set of research and builds is heavily dependant on your strategy. One strategy is to research and build as many Trade Goods and Wonders as possible. But to do that you have to build the production capacity of your planets as well, so there is a balance between production enhancing builds and TG and Wonders. Look up the tech tree to see where the TGs and Wonders are and what needs to be researched before reaching them. Just remember, TGs can be traded for, but Wonders, once gone, are gone forever. so try to get Wonders first if there is a choice.

Set spending to 100% and adjust the tax rate until you have about 75% happy people. I typically will first set the sliders to 100% military to pop out a couple of colony ships with 150m people and colonize the closest 2 yellow planets. Next I switch to 100% research and research Communications, Universal Translator, Diplomacy, Medical Theory, and Basic Enivonment. I then start researching Advanced Diplomacy and switch the sliders to 100% social.

Build banking on Earth and then switch to Diplo Translators. Build Soil, Bank, Habitat, and Entertainment on the others. If they run out of things to build, you can build the other morale boosters or an Embassy. Trade techs with aliens as you meet them to pick up other improvements to add to the build queue. Once you build Diplomatic Translators, switch back to 100% research to get Advanced Diplomacy. You can usually 'trade yourself even' with this tech. Or you can hold on to it (and the diplomacy advantage) until you no longerhave a monoploy.

Hope this helps.

thx for the kind answers :)
I am thinking about a masochistic game, the AI grows so fast, and is hard to balance it, like in all civilization's games.
I think that manufacturing is the key. more fast you build more fast you will grow?

but attack is the best defence in all civilization games, in this game is important the rushing strategy??

There is an important thing to know: if a planet has 100% morale, the growth rate is doubled (capped at 200 Millions per turn). And more people will means more income and a greater production.
