A Silly Question About Music.

I've been playing (and thoroughly enjoying) Gal Civ for a long time. But I haven't been able to figure out how to load playlists. :notsure: If someone out there could help me out I'd be a very happy man. :HOT:

Click User Defined PlayList to ON.

You should now have a load playlist button.

Save a playlist in the m3u format to the playlist folder in Gal Civ. This should ensure that it saves all the song names with the full paths.

Click Load PlayList.

You should see the name of your playlist in the dialog.  Click on it and hit Load.

You can also change the playlist directory to another directory by entering the directory path in the field at the top and clicking Set.  If there are any mp3s in that directory, a default playlist will be created. 

If you can't get your favorite mp3 player program to save a playlist in the m3u format, you can rename the playlist that it will save to m3u.  But you may need to strip out information other than the mp3 filename, and it has to have the entire path unless the playlist directory is set to be the directory where the mp3 is.

Gal Civ can only play mp3s.
