Map Editor Question

Hey all,
Everytime I create a custom map with a set number of resources, the game seems to add a randomization of resources when I go to start a game using that map. Does anyone know what I am missing here?

I tried my hand at another few maps today, and didn't encounter any problems, it seems to working perfectly.
