Is the upgrade to Drengin.net still available?

Hi everybody, I bought this Monday from Stardock Central GalCiv... before looking at the new stuff coming!

I realize that there is the chance to upgrade to the Drengin.net - but I am not able to find it anymore. I can only find the full Drengin.net subscription.

Did Stardock withdraw the upgrade offering? Or is it hidden just somewhere?

The Purchase page, to get to the page it is the third link down from the top on the left has listed the GC to Drengin.net upgrade.
