Request for Race Info

Would it be possible to have the ingame race text on the Foreign Affairs display correspond to what is said at the race modification screen? I usually play with all races randomized and it's hard to remember who is stupid and who is nasty from game to game. I would like to see the descriptions that appear at the beginning of the game somewhere else for reference.
