Not begging forit,just need to know: Is there going to be an official editor app coming?

For .imp .tech. etc files...

if not I might just gonna homebrew me one quick and dirty in DOS to read in the files and let me mod 'em. But if an official one is coming out with some easy interface already built in, I don't really want to spend my precious gaming time programming.

Anyone know?
