Hotkey to access overal military, social and research for each planet on one list

Is there such a button? It would be nice to see that Colony X has 23 military production, Colony Y has 10 social and Colony Z has 13+5 research in one consolidated list.

There are hotkeys but I do not think there are any like that. Good suggestion I suppose though. :)

You can not adjust spending by planet only empire wide adjustments can be made.

Takes awhile to get used to it.

Someone told me in a thread that you could adjust propagada slider to improve morale or something like that. I never did find such a slider in the game.

He must have made a typo or just making comments that were not true. I will allow you to answer the messages. Your better at it then I am. I try to help when I can though. ;)

Double click on the "star system" icon on the main map. This brings up individual planet screen. Click on "details" button. This brings up second individual planet screen. The "propaganda" slider for the planet is here.
