AI using a Terror Star to destroy systems? Is it possible?

In Theory Yes, they can! I haven't seen it though! but i've noticed few AI Terror Stars! :notsure:
I usually dont wait for them to get close to my Systmes, wipe them out before they reach!

As Attila said... in theory. I have seen completed AI Terror Stars on many occasions. I have yet to se them actually move them any where. And you can always trade for them or buy them out right.

I have never seen an AI terror star and I have almost 200 games.

Having said that the majority of my games are tiny/small. The games are usually "over" by the time any AI gets Terror star tech.

ive seen AI build terror stars and move them, however it ran into a small fleet of excalibur ships LOL

I have seen them build them and move them and space was flooded with constructors running back and forth. Although this was all in one of the earlier versions of GalCiv, so I don't know if can still do it in the lastest version or not. My games don't last that long any more. :D
