DesktopX.exe - Entry Point Not Found

When I try to load DesktopX I get an error Window with the title of "DesktopX.exe - Entry Point Not Found". The message says, "The procedure entry point ?SetCachedRepaint@@YAXH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library DirectGUI.dll."

DesktopX fails to load.

Any suggestions?

I forgot to mention the version of DesktopX I'm using it's 2.19m
