Which Mod?

As this has not been asked in a year, Which mods do you recommend? Which mods do you find essential and why? I am just getting back into this and am not to familiar with what has come out lately. Thanks for your input

I really like the Cultural and Religious Capitals, The Sneaky Diplomats, Halut Pack, Omega Pack, Research Inc, and Moser the Alchemist's Anomaly Pack. Oh, and the Saint Pack from Matthew Downie. :)

This is a tough question as I find many Mods to be excellent to play with. Most all Mods are in the library, but for a few that do not make it for one reason or another, my website will have all mods that we get permission to put online. http://www.neotechgaming.com
