Misuse of this Forum

Shouldn't all these Master of Magic Posts be moved to a seperate Forum? Isn't this the Galactic Forum? Shouldn't the topics be about GC and AP?

Well, they do pertain to what the people who intend to buy MoM2 when it hopefully comes out, myself included. And Stardock is well known to listening to what the people would like to see in their games. Just take a look at the GC2 thread, started by Brad Wardell himself, because he wanted us to know what he expected. Why else keep a running public journal. I'm glad they listen, the games certaintly wouldn't be the same. They would still be good, but I'd like to think we have helped make them better.

So what is wrong with doing this for another future game? Besides, there isn't another forum for them.

Gary, if you are suggesting that a MOM2 forum be started, I'm all for that. But until then, I have no problem with the MOM2 threads here, as long as they stay under a half dozen or so total.

There's no reason why every single post on this forum has to be about Gal Civ.  Now, if there were a lot of off topic posts, there might be a problem, and we'd need to do something like create an off topic forum.  However, I have not yet seen the need.  This forum is here to provide a place for the Gal Civ community to gather.  We are not control freaks here.

Under section Q-42 it clearly states that on the first Monday of every month, we are empowered to make such statements after filling out form B-12 in triplicate. Just kidding.  :)

Ah! But this was the second Monday of the month so under Q-41 subsection (b) you should have filled out form B-11 in duplicate and had them countersigned in advance by Brad! ;)

Still, if you promise to write nice code for us we wont tell him.
