Can I move my Capitol?

I'm wondering if I can move my capitol like some other races are doing too. I haven't found anything yet but I have found a nice planet to live as an emperor ;)

yes... you go into the details screen and u can destroy improvements... then u should be able to just build it on whatevber planet you want again

Your capitol is an improvement? Ah, I'll have to look into that.
I would really like to move my Imperial Capital to another world :)

you can build economic, manufacturing, technology and political capitals. As stated above, these are buildings and can be destroyed and rebuilt elsewhere. No such thing as an imperial capital.

Yeah I noticed it by now. I wonder how the AI does it.
2 of my enemies built their capital quite close to my borders. Somehow that shield with a crown acted as a red cloth to my battle fleets... quite odd... ;)
