Location of starbase within sector?

Apologies if this has been covered in a FAQ somewhere, but I couldn't find it:

Does the location of a starbase *within* the sector have any consequences?

Stated more directly: Is there any reason to NOT put the starbase right where the constructor starts out, and waste moves putting the starbase somewhere else in the sector?

Not realy.
The only thing that can happen is that the AI gets pissed when you build an SB in an sector they control

And this only happens when you are playing MASO and the starbase has culture or military mods.

I happens on lower difficulties too, but they have to be (in most cases) massively build up
