Getting it to work

I just downloaded the galciv writer on my computer, and when I succesfully install it and try to start it up... it doesn't work! (:( It brings up a message that says something like this: Unable to find program file .dll ........ .dll or something like that. I don't know what it was called exactly , but I didn't know if someone else had the same problem and could help me. Thanks in advanced.
