tribute of 2500 bc for 100 months!

How is this possible? I sued for peace with the I-League just to get some cash. They had only 1 planet left of 14 PQ, with 1200 people on it! Also they had ~500 bc in the bank. Just how is it possible they can afford to pay me so much?

Talk about screwy.

Consider the I-Legue as being funded by external sources. Money is not limitless but great.

How did you get them to give you so much? There's supposed to be a limit of 50 months for tribute. I see by your submitted games that you seem to have version 1.21.
