i want to make a galciv fan site but i dont know if i can give it a link to this site and have you guys put a link to mine on your in the fan site section.

Um... 'minimum requirements'?

This isn't some kind of DRM we-go-after-everybody-even-thinking-our-name thing. Simply build a good fan site, fill it with useful data and strategies, tell us about it here in a thread, ask politely to be linked to, and let's see what happens
