company while I
listen to my bowels
dare my overly
inflamed asshole
to try it
one more time
it’s amazing
you really have
to be careful
with the veggie
beef stew
I use real veggie
juice
fresh
carrots potatoes
celery
peas
corn
stewed tomatoes
onions and real
garlic
big ass chunks
of seasoned beef
marbled for
tenderness
browned with
butter
before the
rue
I blast the flames
high to get it
to boil
inpatient for the aroma
to fill the house
then simmer
for a couple of
hours slow
till the “tatter’s” are
almost crumbling
melting blobs of
heat
that make you suck
breath to cool
the dance of
fire on your
tongue
but it hurts good
sometimes I make
fresh bread
nothing special
but hot
with creamy melting
butter
perfect for dipping
and wiping
bowls
one then
two
of course
it’s best served with
friends in low lit
living rooms
and stories
and wine
and stories
and maybe a poem
freed by
drunkenness
to decorate the
room
I love those
times
but…
hold it
