String not found.

After getting a UN ruling that I should pay 5% of my income to support less powerful (useless) races
I see this description on the U.P. enforced laws screen:

'Effective through year 2195, string not found'

any suggestions what I can do about this?

Hmm... I've been getting the same thing, and another "String not found" for the I-League description. It probably has something to do with the UP and race data files. "String not found" may be an error message where the iostream library is called to write a non-existant or NULL string object.
