Speed module for terror star

How would you go about creating a an increase speed module for the terror star? I guess it would be a researchable tech that could be added.

Simplest way is simply go into the files and increase its speed. Or that would be my guess.

I would want it to be fair, like a module that is related to say super fusion drive or something.

How about it gains a +1 speed for each star it eats?

This would allow you to eat friendly stars or unused stars.

There isn't actually a Terror Star entry in the files. It inherits most of the entries for a StarBase, but has a hardcoded speed of 1.
