Do as I did: join AGCA - Anonymous GC Addicts. My play time per day has decreased to a lousy 16 hours! ;)

Maybe Brad can include the AGCA logo in the next update. It should pop up every hour warning you Stardock takes no responsibility for Galciv addicts and it is recommended not to play more than 18 hours a day LOL
