Torture

they sat me in a
room
to torture me
stripped me
naked
poured cold
water on me
set off flashing
lights
bombarded me with
heavy metal
injected me with
mind altering
drugs
beat me bloody
and called me
names

but I rarely
wear clothes
the water only
cooled me
the lights
music and drugs
well,
I’ve had better
and who hasn’t
had a bad night
in the mosh
pits
and I’m pretty
sure my middle
name is
asshole

a good concert is
better
otherwise…
