I was just surfing around today and on a whim decied to stop by this site and check out what's going on. I just wanted to say how exicted I am about galciv II, and how happy I am, that so many of the ideas we in the fourms were kicking are going to make it into the game.
On a nonrelated note, I remember hearing how great stardock is with replacing lost software. Well I lost my CD four months ago and have nothing to prove my purchase other than this fourm account (If that proves anything?). Anyways, is there some way that I can get the original game without buying a new copy?

If you download stardock central again, there's an option there of having them resend your serial #'s via your e-mail (if I'm not mistaken?)

Also, you can to to the Metaverse page and hit the register button. If you have an account it will have you serial number there and you can write it down, copy and paste, etc.

Stardock is cool about replacing lost CD's I had a situation that they handled for me without any problems. I downloaded Stardock central got my serial number and they sent me my CD.
