Excalibur?

I was playing a game and trying to build excalibur ships. They were all loaded up into my military queue, but when I went thru the turns and they hit 0 for turns left, ('next month') Production froze, and they never completed. I went several turns past -- nothing. Is this a bug? What gives? Thanks for any help.

Did you add the 1.01a update? This was listed as a bugfix.
