What do Political and manufacturing Capitals do? I konw that the Reasearch is for, well, research and economics... but what about these?

Political Capitol increases influence of planet by 100% (and also increases moral of planet by 50%).

Manufacturing capitol increase manufacturing output of planet by 100% (ie build social and military faster)

Gaius to add another point.. Political Capitol should be placed near the border of another race to achieve max influence.

Manufacturing capitol you should use the planet list to find the colony that has a good amount of manufacturing going on. Maybe NOT the top one depends on the game. If you do this you will create a better capitol and get some other planets increased production. If that made any sense.
