Research complete needs to hold event window

When a research complete event appears it needs to stop other events until you choose a new project. Alternatively add the research events to the GNN window. It is fairly annoying having the research screen appear for a second to be replaced by the GNN window. You then need to remember to return to the research window and choose the next project.

I'm happy to say that this has now been addressed. The GNN waits until after the Newsscreen has gone away to pop up.
