totally off topic subject but.

I've been longing for some good simulation gameplay but not realistic flight simulator. More on the borderline between realism and unrealism. but still simulation you know? Like good old freespace 2 or mechwarrior type realism / unrealism.. Anyone know any other good games that'd fit this sort of genre? I bought Tachyon which was kinda cool.. Starlancer which I did not enjoy.. I guess i'm looking for a good game to buy along those genres but annoyingly I can't find any.. Any thoughts on good games of late? Thanks..

So far my favorite games of late have been Warcraft 3 and Command and conquer Renegade. I'm not neccisarily looking for games simular to these but just mentioning it.. Renegade is a real blast if you ever played the original CnC or just want a mix of vehicle and troop combat with cool strategic targets.
