Which additions in the library are already included in the game?

Are any of the additions found in the library already included in the game or bonus packs. I could have sworn I saw the endangered animals in game a few times, but I am unsure of the others? Also are they tested by the devs at all?

I'm pretty sure they're tested. None of mine made it.

Of course, that's a good thing if they tend to unbalance the game.
