.... get the dang map editor to work!! >:( I've tried to do what Moser said about the planet quality thing, but I just don't get it! I'm trying to customize the planet quality, but theres nowhere to do that that I can see. Please help me!

John, I would suggest looking at the docs for the editors. Search for a Word file "Galactic Civilizations Map Editor" (should be in AP /docs folder). It has nice pix to go with the directions. Same thing for the other two editors.

Technician, when you create a new map, do you go to file->new as soon as you open the map editor? Even though it looks as if it's already created a new map, it hasn't really initialized everything. The File->new does actually create a new map and then you should be fine after that.  Also, make sure that you stay under 1000 planets. :)
