Anybody else experience this bug.

When an enemy attacks one of my ships or Bases the game grounds to a hold. If I wait long enough The battle will eventually end but by just alt-tabbing out of the game and going back in lets the battle run it course and i could continue playing.

I have updated with the expanded univers 1.2 and thats it. Any help. I am busy downloading the newest directx9 but if anybody can think of anything else please let me no.

BTW: This is a kickass game, I can't believe I wasted my time playing MOO3 while this game was out.

If it helps here are my system specs

P4 3GH HT 775
INTEL 915 , SOCKET 775
PCI-E GEFORCE 6600GT
SATA 200GB HD
WINDOWS XP WITH SP 2

thnx

Directx may help you.

The only bug I noticed is on the invasion screen if you hit the button too quick the button vanishs but the invasion screen does not go a way.

I did buy MOO3 but quickly give it up.

Trapper101, that problem is usually do to sound problems. If you're still running the retail version, try updating Gal Civ as the sound code changed at version 1.03.  Try updating your sound drivers and following the other suggestions in the sound troubleshooting thread.  If you still have problems, you can e-mail me at [email protected]
