The Better Way

I was just looking at the Tech Tree and noticed a good tech called the Better Way. I have never seen this in the list of techs I can research and am wondering if it is because I have researched all the pre-requisites before my alignment changes...

Any ideas?

The Better Way requires a very high "good" morality of 90 to research and Interstallar Capitalism as a pre-requisite. So I guess you were never "good" enough.
