Transfer archive to another PC?

I've downloaded GalCiv to my laptop, but I'd rather play it on my desktop at home. My desktop is not connected to the net.
If I archive GalCiv using Stardock Central, how do I transfer this on my home PC? Do I simply transfer the zipped file across, unzip it, and install it? Or do I also have to transfer Stardock Central over and install it through that?
