Trade slider and arrows too small?

Does anyone else find the tiny slider and arrows when trading techs for money too small? After a while my eyes and hand end up hurting! anychance the slider could be made a little bigger to be more manageable?

I usually type the numbers in.

That's because the arrows are too small. They don't hurt my eyes, but they annoy me.

I use the scroll bar on the mouse for all of these type of adjustment, I find it very convenient.

It would help also if when you clicked the box to enter a number, the cursor appeared to the right of the last digit, instead of on top of the last digit.

i don't have a cursor on my game. I have to guess where it is and just type and get aggravated when the number comes up in an unexpected location.
