What Tech do I need to research to get Troop Transports, for some reason I can't seem to find the right one and now I am stuck blockading a planet with no way to take it over. Thank You.

Combat Transports or Troop Transports?

Transport is Impulse Drive.

Combat Transport is Battleship Technology.
