do the AIs have the same kinda goverment party choice you do?

lets say if i were to make a custome goverment party type would the AIs be able to choose it to or are they defulted to one or another?

They could, I imagine.

I've seen AI governments using the Federalist, Technologist, and War Parties.

On the other hand, I'm not sure how the party types are handled - the flavor text is in the text file, but no way to specifically define the bonuses.
