Hey new party type idea!

How bout "Collective" were every one is constantly "Happy" moral is 100% and your people cant be infuenced and you always control the senate.

that would be realy good and you could say "Resistance is futile" and the Alterains would be all "In the name of truth, Justice and Morality we must stop you!" then i would be like "Erelevent, you will be assimilated!"

Does the word play-balance mean anything to you?

You could balance it by having EVERY race ALWAYS hate you and attack you without provocation. You could also remove the 'peace treaty' option. Both would fit in with the theme of the party.
Think it would really be better as a minor race than a party pick, though...

Don't forget no influence, can't join UP, no trade, etc. So basicaly you have to rely on a military victory only.
