Messages to Opponents

It would be nice to have more options in dealing with other races. What comes to mind is a message I sometimes get that talks about another race is stinking up the galaxy and we should band together, but not at this time.

I would love to have more options on the Speak To screen as well as more feedback. It seems I give them something to make them more friendly and they just say, "Thanks." The diplomacy is deep, but I could use more.

I agree.
I wish we could have more speaking options available. It would be great to taunt a civilization's last planet for pissing you off before you bring in the trasport.
