I can't seem to select all of the political parties at the start of the game. It only gives me 5 parties to choose from and I can't scroll down. If anyone has had similar problems please let me know how you solved them.

At present there are only 5 political parties to choose from.

The others (e.g. universalists) that are mentioned some places in the docs have been removed for now for play balance.
