game crash after military victory

I was just checking my stats and was going to submit to the metaverse but when I clicked to check my social stats, the screen flashed and GalCiv was gone. Anyone else have this happen, if so lets get it fixed, I replicated it as well, loading my auto save and it did the same thing after a reboot and everything.
