Downloading Game

from Stardock Forums
Some time back I purchased and downloaded Galactic Civ. Since that time, I've uninstalled the game but now want to reinstall.

I no longer have the original install file, but still have my serial number and the original email of purchasing information.

I contacted support but have heard nothing from them.

Is there somewhere that I can again download the game?

Below is a cut-and-paste of part of my order confirmation from when I bought GC/AP. I would recommend that you download Stardock Central first. Once you have that installed, input your serial number and let Stardock Central download, install, and patch your game to the latest version.

PC

(NOTE: The second link that says Download2 is the Stardock Central installer download. That may be the only one you need.)

If you need to download the latest enhanced version or get your serial
number in the future, please visit http://www.stardock.com/support/.

Download2 : http://storage.stardock.com/files/stardockcentral20.exe (Install SDC and use serial above)

The funny thing is, is that I've contacted support and it has been over a week and still no reply.

I cannot get download links forwarded because my email has changed. Until support does that, there's nothing I can do.

I thought that maybe, just maybe, I'd hear something a little sooner.

Can it really take a week or two?

I think if you download Stardock Central (I put the link above) you just need your serial number and email address (even if it is your old email). Stardock Central should do all the downloading and patching. When I first got the game I tried downloading just the game (without SDC) but it was easier to keep it up to date with SDC doing the work.
