Christmas Wish: GalCiv for Mobile Phones

Something I would really, really like would be a strategy game, playable on mobile phones. I am not that into the shoot 'em ups or minigames available in the phones today, but I'd like a mini-version of galciv or something similar to be played over the phone.

That would make my commuting time much more enjoyable.

I know that phones are not PC hardware, but I refuse to think that it wouldn't be doable. I played Civilization I on my Amiga years ago and the phones of today should be powerful enough, I guess.

I can wish, can't I?

If you had a pocket pc that could use your cell phone to connect to the internet, that might be possible if we could figure out how to stream a lot of graphics and stuff like that.  However it's not likely unless good video games stop coming out and I get bored in my spare time. :)

Cari, such a solution would indeed be excellent! I would even purchase a Pocket PC for the purpose. :-)

:)  I'd settle for having more hours in a day and not having to work for longer.  Think how many games you could play if you had a 36 hour day!

I currently work 4 days a week (4 10-hour days). I have all of Friday for games, and I use it too. :CONGRAT:

Evil Roy, if you have a xml editor on your portable device, you could probably do it manually. Would have to ask Joe about viewing those models on a PocketPC though...
