Is there anyway you can choose what to be voted on. i keep getting picked on and i never get to choose what the vote is going to be for. is that a opion or is it just random.

I'd like an option to wheel and deal during the vote, or have a different voting order each time so that I can see how some of the other factions are voting. SMAC had great council votes.
